Attention and care in the most challenging times

Searching for collaborators

Wherein I ask you to send me your sick, your tired, and your downtrodden

I have been spending some time brainstorming about how to begin my personal work (specifically that not tied to one or the other hospice or care home).

To this end, I am seeking connection with people whose lives or work puts them in community and connection with people nearing death or with terminal illness.

Below I have listed some routes I am already pursuing. I’d love it If you got in touch if you think you might be helpful in this. Hell, even if you just want to talk death or being sick, say hi. Turns out that I’m weird like that.

Here’s who I’m looking for already:

  • Queer community leaders
  • Social workers
  • Nurses, medical assistants, and doctors (especially Oncology workers)
  • Mutual aid networks
  • Community religious leaders interested in interfaith work
  • Support centers, community centers, social clubs, and support groups

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Lastly, be blessed, be joyful, and, of course, shine your light
